DELIVERY
We endevour to hold stocks of all styles for active products, however occasionally an item will be out of stock, if this is the case we will inform you.
Due to the large selection of breeches available in such a wide range of sizes, materials and colours we cannot hope to keep them all in stock. If you order goods that are not currently in stock we will e-mail you with an approximate delivery date. The majority of orders are delivered within 28 days but some Pikeur items are made to order at workshops in Germany and delivery can take 8-10 weeks.
We aim to despatch all orders immediately, however some deliveries take up to 7 to 10 working days to arrive.
If you need an item within 28 days then please email or telephone to check availability.
All orders are despatched first class recorded delivery.
RETURNING GOODS
Should you be unhappy with your purchase, then simply return them to us unworn, undamaged and where possible in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt for refund. Made to measure boots are non-refundable. For your own security please return items by either recorded delivery or registered post as we cannot be held responsible for returned items that are not received. Your statutory rights are not effected.
• Please note. Carriage costs associated with returned goods are to be paid by the customer.
Please remember to obtain a Proof of Posting Certificate from the Post Office as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. We will refund your money within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
We endeavour to ensure that all the information on this website is correct and fairly stated, but are unable to accept liability for any Errors or Omissions.
Liability cannot be accepted for any damage caused by use of materials supplied by us. Compensation for faulty goods will extend only to the value of the goods purchased from us.
We cannot be liable for any losses for your order not arriving on time, although we will do our utmost to ensure that goods do arrive on time and in good condition at all times.

DAMAGED GOODS
In order to comply with our carriers terms of insurance, we must be informed of any damage to goods in transit within 3 days of receipt.
